Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant / BREEAM Assessor to join our Clients rowing team in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Sustainability Assessments, Consultations focusing on BREEAM across various interesting and large scale projects, Experience with BREEAM is critical for your success within this role, preferably holding BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) certification.
Key Experience:
- Detailed delivery of LCA and WLCA assessments using OneClick LCA
- Conducted detailed BREEAM assessments and audits for new construction and existing buildings.
- Provided expert advice and guidance on sustainable building practices and BREEAM standards.
- Coordinated with project teams to integrate BREEAM requirements into the design and construction processes.
- Prepare and submit BREEAM certification applications and reports.
- Developed strategies for improving building sustainability and achieving high BREEAM ratings.
