We are currently on the look out for an experienced structural engineer looking for a step into one of the leading structural engineering consultancies in Central London. If you have experience in commercial mid-high rise projects and are looking for a comfortable yet career defining move, a role with our client may be perfect for you.
Requirements:
- 4 + years experience as a structural engineer.
- Experience on commercial mid-high rises.
- Working towards or strong desires for chartership.
- Great communication skills.
- Competent skills on software such as AutoCAD and Tekla.
Duties:
- Oversee project delivery, taking the lead within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain regular client communication to ensure project outcomes align with their objectives and expectations.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all technical work, completed within the specified timelines and budgets.
- Carry out project delivery tasks, including calculations, drawings, sketches, and reports.
- Offer technical guidance, support, and training to colleagues, and assist in mentoring and their professional development when possible.
- Collaborate closely with team members from other disciplines.
