Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from initial design through to completion.
• Create and review detailed calculations, designs, and specifications for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and tackle technical challenges as they arise.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering the growth and development of the team.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design codes.
• Proven experience working across a variety of projects, demonstrating versatility and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software.
• 2-4 years post graduate experience in Structural Engineering.
