Purobuild have partnered with a building services consultancy who are seeking a Test Engineers Manager in London.
Job Title: Test Engineers Manager
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
The Test Engineers Manager must be able to perform:
- Air tightness tests (part L), sound insulation tests (Part E) and ventilation tests (Part F)
Furthermore, they must have at least 2 years experience and some managerial experience.
Test Engineer Manage Responsibilities:
- Complete air tightness, sound insulation and ventilation testing whenever required
- Implement a performance monitoring system for engineers.
- Conduct regular reviews, monthly one-to-ones, and annual performance evaluations
- Produce technical reports and consult on various engineering tests and analyses
- Act as the first point of contact for site issues, resolving problems promptly.
