Description
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with over 4 years of experience, specialising in residential refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage residential refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize Tekla structural design software for project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Over 4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential refurbishment.
- Proficient in Tekla structural design software.
- Chartered status is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
