The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

  • Experience in designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, stations, and buildings, with proficiency in materials like concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
  • 5-8 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on major infrastructure projects and the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • A drive for business development and a passion for securing new projects through client engagement and innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and collaborate with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and analysis of major infrastructure projects, ensuring both technical excellence and project compliance.
  • Develop conceptual designs, and produce engineering drawings and reports, ensuring that all project requirements are met and technical compliance is maintained.
  • Provide technical oversight and approve complex engineering solutions, ensuring high standards and problem resolution.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the project adheres to safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout its lifecycle.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the growth of the company through business development and proposal writing.
  • Mentor and provide technical and managerial support to senior engineers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company.
  • Take responsibility for the financial management of projects, ensuring profitability and success.
  • Represent the company at industry events and technical publications, enhancing the company’s presence and credibility in the field.
  • Attend meetings, represent the team, and engage with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. This role also involves contributing to business development efforts, including securing new projects and writing proposals to further expand the company’s portfolio.
