Purobuild have partnered with a leading, global engineering consultancy, who are seeking an Energy Consultant / SAP Assessor to join their property team.
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Energy Consultant Essential's:
- Qualified OCDEA
- Experience using Elmhurst Design SAP
- Experience with GLA planning requirements.
- Competent undertaking U-value calculations
- Experience with high rise residential SAP assessments.
- Experience with reviewing photographs for BREL sign-off
Energy Consultant Desirables:
- Experience with IESVE for non-residential
- Experience in Trisco/other thermal bridging software
- Qualified LCEA assessor (L5) & experience with Part L calculations
- Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments
- Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)
- Working knowledge of associated BREEAM analyses / reporting (eg HEA04, ENE01, ENE04)
