Role: Head of Cladding Remediation
Location: London
Salary: up to £85,000
My client is looking for a Head of Cladding Remediation. The company are currently undertaking a number of recladding projects across a number of residential and commercial sites across London and the South East. The Head of Cladding Remediation will have experience working within a main building contractor or a housing association. The Head of Cladding will have a strong understanding of PAS9980 and EWS1 work.
The Head of Cladding will have the following skill set:
- MSc Facade Engineering/ Fire Engineering
- Level 5 diploma in Fire Engineering
- Main contractor or Housing assoication experience.
Suitable job titles may include, Head of Projects, Head of Cladding Remediation, Head of Special projects
