Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45k - £50k + Package (Car or Car Allowance)
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fire, Health and Safety Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide expert consultancy services in both commercial and residential settings, primarily working through management agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fire, health, and safety assessments.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Advise management agents on compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the highest safety standards are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients.
- Deliver training and workshops on fire, health, and safety topics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire, Health and Safety Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel within London as required.
- Relevant certifications in fire, health, and safety are desirable.
