Job Title: Façade Sales Manager
Location: Remote, Hybrid or Office-Based - South West (Dependent on Experience)
Salary: £40,000 Base + Commission + Company Car + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About Us:
We are working with a well-established supplier and installer of commercial aluminium fenestration systems, including windows, doors, curtain walling and rainscreen cladding. They based in Bristol and are looking for a driven and experienced Façade Sales Manager to help expand their reach and contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities for the Facade Sales Manager:

Identify and target new project opportunities within the commercial construction and façade sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.

Expand the company’s customer base and actively promote our products and services.

Produce accurate and competitive estimates for aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, rainscreen systems, and associated products.

Prepare and submit detailed bids and tenders for both manufacture and installation services.
Requirements for the Facade Sales Manager:

Proven experience in a sales or estimating role within the commercial façade or fenestration industry.

Strong technical knowledge of aluminium fenestration systems and associated products.

Experience bringing in projects in excess of £1m in value

Experience managing a team of Estimators/ Sales people

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- UK driving licence required.
