Role: Clerk of Works
Location: Worcester,
Salary: up to £50k + Package

My client is looking for a Clerk of Works. The Clerk of Works will be working for a multidisciplinary consultancy. The Clerk of Works will be working on predominantly residential and commercial properties. The Clerk of Works will conduct site audits ensuring the compliance in line with building regulations to the guidance of clerk of works and construction inspectorate.

The suitable Clerk of Works will have the following skill set:
- 3 years experience as a Clerk of Works
- working towards MICWI
- Site Manager background is preferential.

Suitable job titles may include Site Manager/ Site Inspector/ Clerk of Works
