Description
An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to continue to grow their Clerk of Works Team by hiring a competent Clerk of Works based out of Reigate,Surrey. The successful Clerk of Works will become a key member of the team, providing technical advice and support on various Clerk of Work services.
We require an Clerk of Works to:
• Carry out Clerk of Works services on a range of construction projects.
• Act as the principal point of contact with the project client, in respect of construction quality.
• Provide an excellent level of service to all clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate a wide an understanding of the building industry
• Excellent time management skills.
• Technical proficiency in identifying defects, snags and general construction quality.
Salary + Benefits
•£50,000 base salary
• Car Allowance
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
