Description
An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to hire an Chartered Building Surveyor to build their Building Surveying Team across London.
Dilapidation, Contract Adminstration experience is preferred.
We require a Chartered Building Surveyor to hold:
- MRICS or MCIOB
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Commercial practise experience
- A confident and client-facing individual
- Consultancy experience
Salary + Benefits
•£70,000 base salary + Car Allowance (£4,000)
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension scheme
