Associate Project Manager - Commercial Consultancy Project Manager
Salary: £88k + Package
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
As a Associate Project Manager in a consultancy environment, you will work closely with the Project Director to manage and deliver high-quality commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and deliver diverse projects within sectors such as development, logistics, and other commercial industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage commercial consultancy projects across multiple sectors (Development, Logistics, etc.)
Build and maintain effective communication channels with clients and design teams, ensuring smooth project workflows
Coordinate and manage feasibility studies, including site surveys, evaluations, and investigations, ensuring comprehensive reporting and recommendations for client payments
Oversee contractor selection, including tendering processes, negotiations, and tender evaluations, and appoint contractors accordingly
Regularly inspect construction works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Professional Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (MCIOB, MRICS, or equivalent preferred)
Proven experience within a consultancy environment managing commercial projects
Solid background in delivering projects within Commercial, Education, or Healthcare sectors
Strong client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management
