Qualified Air Tester
Location: South East of England (Travel required across the region)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Qualified Air Tester to service the South East of England.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Air Tester:

• Conduct air testing on a range of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Building Regulations, Part F).
• Perform ventilation flow rate testing, air tightness tests, and other related assessments.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting findings, test results, and recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and in good working order.
• Communicate clearly with clients and contractors, providing professional advice and guidance when necessary.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines while conducting tests.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current regulations and best practices in air testing and building compliance.
• Travel to various job sites across the South East as required.

Requirements of the Qualified Air Tester:

• Level 1 qualification in Air Testing (preferably CIBSE/ATTMA or equivalent certification).

• Practical experience in air tightness or ventilation testing in buildings.

• Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear and accurate reports.

• Full UK driving license with the ability to travel across the South East region.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
