Description
A fantastic opportuntiy has arisen for Sustainability Engineers to join a leading Property and Construction Consultancy.
Location: Bristol or Cardiff
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Sustainability Engineer Requirements:
- You will be an experienced Sustainability Engineer, with a strong understanding of thermal modelling
- You will ideally come from a Building Services engineering or architectural background and have a strong understanding of sustainability in the built environment.
- You will be a competent and experienced accredited EPC assessor.
- Undertake Dynamic Thermal Modelling using IES VE software, including comfort analysis, natural ventilation air-flow modelling,
- Building Regulations Part L assessments, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Provide strategic low energy/carbon design advice with an emphasis on passive measures
This Sustainability Engineer must have experience of using the following software to a proficient level:
IES VE Software
- Hybrid working
- Flexi hours
- Private Health Care
- Car allowance
