Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team in London, part of an international multi-disciplinary. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, and ESG, helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals through innovative solutions and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a BREEAM IN-USE License and be confident completing assessments.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits using frameworks such as LEED, WELL, and FITWELL.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert advice on sustainable building design and operational practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainability standards.
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance and metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting with a focus on BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, and ESG.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sustainability assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant degree in environmental science, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
