Job Title: Sustainability Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Whole Life Carbon (WLC) analyses.
- Working knowledge of IES systems.
- Perform Life Cycle Costing (LCC) to evaluate the economic impact of sustainability measures.
- Guide clients through sustainability certification processes, including BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and EPC.
- Carry out TM54 energy performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and energy management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 Years UK experience.
- Proven experience in LCA, WLC, LCC, BREEAM, LEED, WELL, EPC, IES Modelling and TM54.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Relevant degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sustainability or energy management are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
