Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and review detailed calculations, designs, and specifications for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Perform site inspections and address technical challenges as they arise.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to the overall growth of the team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and design codes.
- Experience across a wide range of projects, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with clients and project teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software.
- A degree in Structural Engineering, with Chartered status (or working towards it) preferred.
