I am currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join a well-respected and growing structural engineering consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a structural engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career and work on a variety of exciting projects, from residential and commercial buildings to industrial and infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure the efficient delivery of projects within deadlines and budget.
• Attend site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address technical issues, and liaise with contractors and clients.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide technical support as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Multiple years of experience in structural engineering, with exposure to a range of projects.
• A solid understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., Tekla, Revit, or similar).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• A degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent), and desire to work towards Chartered status.
