Job Title: Senior Façade Engineer
Location: London (Fully Remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Façade Engineer to join their growing team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key technical role, reviewing complex façade designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will have strong experience in façade engineering, including external wall systems and FRAEW assessments, and will play a key role in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess technical drawings and façade designs
- Conduct and contribute to FRAEW (Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls) reports
- Provide technical guidance on external wall systems
- Collaborate with project teams to support delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in façade engineering
- Strong experience with FRAEW assessments and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of external wall systems
- Ability to review and interpret technical drawings
