The Role

We are seeking a Façade Engineer to join our growing London team. You will be involved in the full façade engineering lifecycle, from early-stage technical input to detailed design review, inspection, and monitoring of new-build projects. The role combines technical design, project coordination, and high-quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support or lead façade design activities for commercial new-build projects (with occasional residential schemes).

• Assist with technical reviews, engineering calculations, material assessments, and performance analysis.

• Conduct site monitoring, inspections, and reporting throughout the construction phase.

• Prepare high-quality technical reports, specifications, and documentation—excellent written English is essential.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to internal knowledge development and maintain awareness of façade industry standards and innovations.

Requirements

Essential 

• Strong academic background—ideally an undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Excellent report writing skills and fluent written English.

• Proven interest and experience in façade engineering, façade design, or building envelope performance.

• Ability to work 3–4 days per week in the London office.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• MSc Façade Engineering desired.

• Experience with commercial new-build projects.
