Senior Building Surveyor - Berkshire
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team based out of Reading. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services to clients.
This position offers an attractive salary package up to £65,000 per year plus Benefits & Bonuses.
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Building Surveyor:
• Conducting detailed surveys and inspections of buildings and structures.
• Providing expert advice on property and construction-related matters.
• Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports to clients, outlining survey findings and recommendations.
• Managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals to achieve project objectives.
Requirements for a Senior Building Surveyor:
• MRICS qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in building surveying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
