The Senior / Principal Building Physics Consultant will be responsible managerial tasks within the growing team, completion of assessments and reports
and work with clients maintaining accounts and relationships.
Qualifications for the Senior / Principal Building Physics Consultant
• Between 3 and 5 years' experience
• A relevant degree
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Issues
• IES VE, SketchUp, AutoCAD, CFD
• CAD software such as Sketch Up / Rhino / Grasshopper.
• Knowledge of GLA planning requirements.
• Energy modelling TM54
• Part L / Part O
