Purobuild have partnered with a leading, global engineer consultancy and assisting them in their growth of their sustainability department.

They are seeking an experienced, ambitious Principal Building Physics Consultant to join their London office.

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Building Physics Consultants Essential's

• Minimum 5 years experience in IES VE undertaking energy analyses
• Experience with GLA planning requirements
• Qualified LCEA assessor (L5) & experience with Part L calculations
• Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)
• Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments
• Experienced in IES ApacheHVAC for detailed energy modelling
