About the Role:

Key Responsibilities for Senior Sustainability Consultant:

- Analyse building systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on sustainable materials and construction methods.
- Lead workshops and presentations to promote sustainability initiatives.

- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in sustainability.
Key Requirements Senior Sustainability Consultant:
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in IES-VE modeling and energy analysis.
- Strong ability to compile and interpret BREEAM assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on sustainability projects.
Desirable Skills Senior Sustainability Consultant:
- Familiarity with LEED and other international green building standards.
- Experience with lifecycle assessment tools and methods.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
