Intermediate / Senior Sustainability Consultant
Position: Senior Sustainability Consultant

Salary: £30 ~ 55K

Key Responsibilities of the Intermediate / Senior Sustainability Consultant:
• Must be proficient in the use of industry-leading software IES VE to generate thermal simulations, modelling new and existing buildings of all sizes and complexity and optimize building performance working towards NetZero.
• Sustainability Consulting: Provide expert advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and sustainable building practices to help clients meet their environmental goals and regulatory requirements, such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL and Fitwell.
• Building Performance Evaluations: Assess the energy performance of new and existing buildings, conducting simulations to identify opportunities for improvements in energy use, heating, cooling, lighting, ventilation, and renewable energy integration.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that projects meet relevant local and international energy and sustainability standards, including energy performance regulations (e.g., Part L, Part O, SAP, EPC) and sustainability certifications.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex energy modelling results and sustainability strategies clearly to clients and other stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and design processes.
• Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in energy modelling and sustainable building practices, contributing to continuous improvements in our consultancy services.
