Are you an experienced Fire Safety Trainer or fire professional ready to share your expertise and make a real difference?
We’re working with a well-established, nationally recognised fire safety training organisation that delivers high-quality fire safety and compliance training across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking a passionate and engaging Fire Safety Trainer to join their expanding team.
The Role
As a Fire Safety Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical fire safety training to a wide range of clients — from small businesses to major organisations.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering fire safety awareness, fire marshal, and evacuation training sessions.

Conducting hands-on extinguisher demonstrations and drills.

Ensuring all training content is compliant with current UK Fire Safety legislation.

Adapting training materials to meet client needs and learning styles.

Supporting learners to gain the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively to fire risks.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Essential:
-
Proven experience delivering fire safety or health & safety training.

In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations (Fire Safety Order 2005, etc.).

Confident communicator with a professional and engaging style.
Desirable:
-
Fire service background or operational fire safety experience.
-
NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent.

Experience developing or updating training materials.

This role requires nationwide travel and the ability to stay away from home.
