Fire Risk Assessor – London
Salary: £45,000 + benefits

Are you a Fire Risk Assessor with at least 2 years of experience looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our growing fire safety consultancy in London, working on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
What you’ll be doing:

Carrying out PAS 79-compliant fire risk assessments across a variety of buildings.

Producing clear, practical reports with actionable recommendations.

Advising clients on fire safety compliance under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022.

Supporting senior consultants on larger-scale fire safety projects.

Building strong client relationships and contributing to our reputation as a trusted advisor.
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in fire risk assessment.

Ideally working towards or holding IFSM, IFE or similar accreditation.

Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and PAS 79 methodology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own workload.
