Role: Contracts Manager
Location: Waltham abbey
Salary: up to £85,000
My client is a leading Social housing refurbishment contractor, looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for a running an annual turnover of circa £10m worth of planned refurbishment works. The Contracts Manager will have experience delivering social housing refurbishment frameworks across both internal and external works.
The suitable Contracts Manager will have the following skills/ experience:
- 5 years experience as a contracts manager
- degree qualified or MCIOB preferable
- Social housing refurbishment experience
Suitable applicants will be considered from previous experience as a
