Role: Commercial Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: up to £85k + Package

My client are looking for a Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager is required to work for a Construction Consultancy. The Commercial Manager will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors. The Commercial Manager will have experience on residential projects, including cladding remediation.

The Commercial Manager will ideally have the following skill set:
- MRICS
- Consultancy experience
- Cladding remediation experience
- Project experience from inception to completion.

previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Associate QS, Senior Cost consultant will be considered.
