Position: Building Surveyor - AssocRICS or MRICS
Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: AssocRICS: up to £50k per annum - MRICS: up to 65k
Role Overview:
As a Building Surveyor based in an area like Oxford with such rich heritage, you will play a pivotal role in providing a wide range of surveying services. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors, collaborating with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough various building surveys and inspections
• Preparing detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
• Contract Administration
• Dilapidation Surveys
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on matters related to building surveys
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and stake holders to ensure project objectives are met
Requirements:
• AssocRICS & MRICS preferable
• Proven experience in building surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment
• Commercial experience
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and standards
