PuroBuild are excited to be working with a reputable Building Surveying organisation who specialise in the Commercial sector. This consultancy has grown impressively over the past few years and due to further expansion, they are ready to expand their surveying team within the London region.
We are in the market for an extremely competent Chartered Building Surveyor who has a great understanding of Building Regulations and extensive knowledge of consulting engineering. If your someone who would like progress further with your surveying career and be provided with first class support from your employers to enhance your own Building Surveying career, this is the opportunity for you.
In return, as a Chartered Building Surveyor you can expect a basic salary circa of £65k, plus benefits such as a healthy pension scheme, company car scheme, 10% performance bonus plus more outstanding benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on the conditions of the buildings/sites.
• Provide numerous inspections such as condition reports, measure surveys, party wall matters, defect surveys and acquisition surveys
• Be a pivotal point of contact to all the clients
• Issue an excellent Contract Administration service
• Monitor all the aspects on site to make sure they meet Building Regulations
As a Chartered Building Surveyor operating out of the Central London office, you would be covering the London area. A Hybrid role of 2-3 days at home and the rest in the office is the offer from this rapidly growing consultancy.
Requirements for a Chartered Building Surveyor
• Proven experience in the relevant sectors
• Consultancy experience
• MRICS or equivalent is preferred
• Proven knowledge in Contract Administration and UK Building Regulations
