Job Title: Building Physics Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed thermal modeling and energy performance analysis for various building projects.
* Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O building regulations through meticulous evaluation.
* Utilize dynamic simulation modeling to predict building performance and energy consumption.
* Develop comprehensive technical reports that inform project stakeholders and guide decision-making.
* Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
* Perform energy assessments as a Level 3, 4 & 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA).
* Use SBEM, EPC, TAS, and IES software to conduct thorough analyses and simulations.
Key Requirements:
* Proven expertise in thermal modeling and dynamic simulation modeling.
* Experience with energy performance analysis and building regulations compliance.
* Proficiency in using SBEM, EPC, TAS, and IES software.
* Strong technical report writing skills.
