Job Title: Junior Building Physics Consultant
Location: York
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

To be successful within this Junior Building Physics Role you will undertake:
- Conducting building physics assessments and energy modeling for residential projects.
- Conduct On Construction Domestic Energy Assessments
- Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O of the Building Regulations.
- Calculating Psi values for thermal bridging and providing solutions to improve energy efficiency.
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices.
- Preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations for energy performance improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in building physics or a related field.
- Certified OCDEA professional.
- Strong understanding of Part L and Part O Building Regulations.
- Proficient in calculating Psi values and conducting building physics assessments.
