As our BREEAM Assessor you will be responsible for
• Working with clients, developers, and investors
• BREEAM, WELL, SKA, Passivhaus
• Work across a range of mixed-use, residential, commercial, leisure, and regeneration projects throughout the UK, offering sustainable design solutions
• BREEAM assessments, Life-Cycle Building Assessments, Embodied and Operational Carbon, and champion low or zero carbon design principles.
Key Requirements for BREAAM Assessor
• BREEAM Assessor qualification - AP, IN USE, ON CONSTRUCTION
• IES VE
• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to estimate embodied carbon.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team that values quality, innovation, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
• Self motivated Professional
